How to Access Services

PATH is a referral based, consulting practice. Located in Newmarket, we serve York region and parts of Simcoe county. If you are a parent or guardian who is interested pediatric consultation for your child, please make an appointment with your primary care provider first.  The primary care provider can then refer care to PATH if further consultation is needed. If you are a referring provider, please see below.
